The VixenInsider Private Coaching Group is a place where we come together and I answer everyone's relationship questions. I reply to everyone's posts as quickly as I am able to, typically within 24-48 hours. I do my best to answer everyone, but if for some reason I miss your question, don't be shy about poking me with an additional message to make sure I see it. Sometimes the notifications for the group don't come through to let me know there's a new message from you, but I always, always do my best to reply to every message.
The 7 Day Trial Memebership begins after you fill out the checkout information on the next page. On the other side, you will apply for the group membership by filling out some quick and easy information for membership approval. Once you're approved, you'll receive a message from me (Erin Belle) welcoming you to the group. Note that approval requires me to review your information. I do my best to approve everyone quickly, but I ask that you please allow for up to 48 hours for me to review your information and approve you into the group. If, for some reason, I am not able to approve your membership, you will be informed that I cannot approve your membership and the trial will be canceled. You will not be charged anything, now or in the future.
The VixenInsider Private Coaching Group is being offered here as a 7 day trial membership. If you decide to stay, no action is required and your payment method will be charged. These charges will recur on a monthly basis (or yearly if you chose the annual billing option).
If you would like to cancel your membership to the VixenInsider group coaching service, just send me an e-mail at support@vixeninsider.com and let me know you'd like to cancel.

Once you do, I will cancel your membership as soon as I receive the request and you will receive no further charges from VixenInsider.com.
The VixenInsider Private Coaching Group is a service where I answer your questions as well as provide exclusive content to the group. Providing this service requires me to spend time that I can't get back, so I cannot offer a refund as a policy. Instead, I offer a no-risk free trial. This way, you can come in and experience the group and if you like it you stay and if you don't you just cancel. I take on the risk of working with you for free for 7 days in hopes that you'll love the group and want to stay, but if you don't, you haven't spent a dime. However, there is one instance where I absolutely would refund you, and that's if you requested a cancelation prior to a billing and I don't cancel your membership in time and the charge goes through. In that case, I absolutely would refund that charge since it shouldn't have happened, so don't worry about that. What this means is that if you do intend to cancel, make sure to let me know before the next billing happens (again, you can contact me at my email or my Facebook account, both listed above in the Canceling your membership section).
